We aim to get your BOGS to you quickly and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about UK delivery.
UK Delivery
- Free UK delivery on all orders over £50 (automatically applied at checkout)
- Standard UK delivery (Evri Tracked 2–4 working days): £3.50
- Channel Islands: Sorry, we do not currently ship there
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched same day
- Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch
- Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, or over the weekend, are shipped the following Monday
Where We Ship From
All UK orders are shipped from our warehouse in England.
Delivery Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses
- Shipping to hotels, businesses, or third-party couriers is at the customer's own risk. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items at these types of addresses, but we’ll always try to help if something goes wrong.
Ordering from Outside the UK?
This website only ships to UK and Isle of Man addresses.

We ship to most countries in the EU, plus Switzerland. Orders are fulfilled from our central warehouse in the Netherlands.
Shipping Costs
- Standard EU Shipping – €7.50
- Greece, Cyprus & Malta – €15
- Switzerland – €25
Orders to Switzerland may be subject to taxes and duties upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Orders placed before midday (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days
- Delivery time is usually 1–5 working days, depending on location
- Deliveries to Spain and Portugal may take longer
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships
